A sure sign of spring and one of the first crops to pop up; they're at their best fresh
from the garden.
Clean radishes with ends cut off. Smash them with the side of a knife.
Place in a clean container. Sprinkle in a little Garlic Festival Organic Roasted Garlic and
a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Add a little Extra virgin olive oil and vinegar to taste.
Place lid on the container and shake gently. Refrigerate until serving.
Alternately: replace garlic, salt & pepper with Garli Garni.
