Garlic Garni and Garlic Ghetti combine wonderfully with butter in creating this smooth, versatile, delicious and creamy spread to be use as a drizzle for vegetables, for use in recipes, to make garlic bread or even drizzle over stakes.
1 stick of butter: good quality semi or unsalted
Beat the butter with a wooden spoon. until soft and creamy. Whip in the 1 - 2 Tbsp. to you taste of the Garlic Garni (or Garlic Ghetti for cheesy flavor). Tip the flavored butter onto a square of baking parchment or cling film. Roll it around the butter to form a sausage like shape then twist the ends to seal. The butter is now ready to be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to one month in the freezer.
