Connie's Roasted Garlic Cabbage
1-2 heads of green cabbage, sliced into rounds
extra virgin olive oil
Simply place the cabbage rounds on a non-stick baking tray with a lip. Drizzle with olive oil to coat. Sprinkle on some fresh, pressed garlic to taste, and sprinkle with Garli Garni seasoning. Roast in a 400 degree oven for about 1/2 hour or until soft. She says if the edges start to brown, its even better! That's it. Serve along side your favorite main course.
