Garlic Festival Citrus Chicken Grill
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts Or one whole cut up chicken)
1/2 bottle GF Grill & Marinade Sauce
1 orange
Cooking Instructions:
Fill a plastic ziplock bag or bowl with Marinade and the juice of one large orange plus a little zest. Marinate chicken breasts in it for 1 hour up to overnight.
Preheat grill to 300-325 degrees. If you want to bake the chicken, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place chicken on grill over direct heat, basting with the GF Marinade while cooking. Grill 5-10 minutes on each side until fully cooked (the internal temperature should be 165 degrees).
baking the chicken, bake 9-15 minutes on each side until juices run clear and the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Allow meat to cool a few minutes before serving. Garnish your plates with orange slices.
