4 large portabella mushrooms
1 - 2 thick sliced sweet or red onions
Scrape out "gills" of the mushrooms.
Marinate mushrooms & onions for at least 3-4 hours in Grill and Marinade Sauce. Over prepared coals grill mushrooms & onions until tender. Place portabellas cavity side up & mound with grilled onions. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper if desired.
Serve drizzled with vinaigrette and blue cheese crumbles on a bed of baby salad greens for a delicious salad. For a delicious sandwich, serve on a good roll with lettuce, tomato and your favorite flavored mayo or aioli.
