I cannot get enough of this seasoning. I use it in everything, from oil for bread for dipping, to pot roast, to shrimp. Versatile seasoning and I love it!

Rating gets a bit sticky
I love this spice and use it on/with so many things. It does get a bit stuck together and I have to use a knife to poke it about a bit so I can shake it. I have found that when I get close to it being gone I can add olive oil to it and use it just as well on salads, popcorn or in cooking.

Love the Mesquite Grill and have used it for years! We first found it at the Orange County Fair. Unfortunately, I just noticed that it has wheat gluten in it and my daughter and I are not supposed to eat that. :( We are extremely disappointed and surprised that wheat gluten is an ingredient in the product. For those of you with no gluten problems....ENJOY!

This is another great product, I have a few standards that I use this for. As a dry rub for grilling steaks, I always add it to my chili to create a smokey flavor, in rice, simply use a few tablespoons added to 1 cup rice with a little butter, this goes great with grilled/baked salmon and veggies. Cant go wrong with this stuff. Enjoy.

Rating Mouthwatering BBQ ribs!
I wanted to share my wonderful experience I had with your seasoning. I have a friend who lives in Bishop that I visit throughout the year. We went to the park fair where all the tents are and that is where I found your tent/stand. Being a huge garlic lover I had to stop and try some samples. I found that I enjoyed the Mesquite and thought it might be good to put on ribs. Finally a year after purchasing the Mesquite Grill Seasoning I used the whole 2.9 oz on 3 sides of Baby Back Ribs. I sprinkled the seasoning on the ribs, then gently patted it into the meat. I then wrapped the ribs in butcher paper, then again in plastic wrap. I let them sit in the fridge for 6 hours (longer would have been even better). I then grilled the ribs 4 minutes each side, then wrapped in aluminum foil and put back on the BBQ on the top rack on a low temp to slow cook for 2 more hours. Once they were done, I took them into the house I opened the aluminum and could smell how great the aroma from the seasoning, it made the kitchen smell wonderful and I could imagine the taste. I could not wait so I had to immediately cut the end piece off and as I put it into my mouth the flavors danced on my pallet as the meat melted in my mouth. I normally douse with BBQ sauce, but the flavor was so good from your seasoning, I put very little sauce on the ribs. I''m hoping to see you out there again so I can buy a larger container as I will try it on other meats in the future as well. Lovin'' the Mesquite!
