get your products to you
faster. Please be sure
to supply a valid UPS

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO
addresses. If for some

arrangements to ship through
the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
We will also ship via USPS
when we deem it appropriate.
Items in stock USUALLY ship
in 2 - 3 business days.
Actual delivery of your
order may take 3 - 10
business days depending on
where you live. All
orders are shipped out of
our Hollister, CA facility.
At checkout, the number of
in-transit days will be
noted in parentheses (this
number does not include the
time required to process and
pack your order).
You will receive a tracking
number from UPS once your
order has been processed and
shipped.
We package all of our
products in Styrofoam
peanuts to ensure they
arrive to you in good
condition. Check your
shipment promptly. If
there is damage to your
product(s), leave the carton
as-is with packing materials
intact. If there is
damage to any of your
products, please notify us
within 72 hours so that we
can make proper
arrangements.

Sales tax will be add for
all NON-FOOD items shipped
within California.
Out Of Stock Items
Since we want to provide our
customers with a wide
variety of quality garlic
products, we represent
products from many different
manufacturers. We try
our best to keep all items
in stock and our site
updated. However, at
times, we may sell out of an
item. If you order an
item that is out of stock,
we will contact you
immediately by email or
phone to let you know when
we expect to have it back in
stock. If you decide
to go forward with your
order without the out of
stock item, we will be happy
to refund the purchase price
and any shipping costs
accrued.
An Important Word
About Fresh Garlic
For cooking purposes,
California garlic (the
variety used to make
braids), lasts about 9
months from the July/August
harvest. Because of
this, it is difficult to
guarantee the freshness of
our fresh garlic products
between February and July
each year. Therefore,
we will not ship fresh
garlic between February 1
and July 15, or until the
new harvest. In
addition, we will be unable
to issue refunds on these
products regardless of when
they were purchased.
Shelf Life
The recommended shelf life
for dry products stored
properly (dark, dry area) is
up to 12 months. All
other products are 3 months.
