4 cups uncooked spiral pasta (use rise pasta for wheat-free version)
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 cup frozen peas, defrosted (or fresh if you can get them)
12 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
2) Drain, rinse under cold water and transfer to a medium bowl.
4) Transfer to a plate and top with cheese if you'd like.
