Ingredients:
4-5 lb. pork shoulder (Boston butt), trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 large onion, chopped (2 cups)
1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled, cut into 3/4 cubes

Directions:
Brush large pot with oil. Heat over medium high heat. 

top  with fried egg
