Just got a call from Connie here in California who was re-ordering a Garli Garni Grande seasoning. She asked if I had a minute to hear her latest yummy recipe, and not wantiRoasted Cabbageng to ever turn down a potential winner, I said "sure". Tuns out this recipe is just in time for St. Patty's Day too because it is for Connie's Roasted Cabbage. Its super easy and sounds delicious. She assured me that even the non-cabbage lovers in her family, really enjoy this dish.


Connie's Roasted Garlic Cabbage
1-2 heads of green cabbage, sliced into rounds
extra virgin olive oil
fresh garlic
Garli Garni

Simply place the cabbage rounds on a non-stick baking tray with a lip. Drizzle with olive oil to coat. Sprinkle on some fresh, pressed garlic to taste, and sprinkle with Garli Garni seasoning. Roast in a 400 degree oven for about 1/2 hour or until soft. She says if the edges start to brown, its even better! That's it. Serve along side your favorite main course.
