Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up

1 1/2 cup buttermilk

1 cup flour

1 tablespoon Garli Garni

3 tablespoons Sweet Heat Mesquite

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a paper bag. Dip chicken in buttermilk, shake off. Place in paper bag & shake to coat well. Heat vegetable oil until hot. Turn down to medium-high & add chicken. Fry until golden brown on all sides and cooked through.
