2 salmon fillets
Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly coat racks with a good oil preferably one of our Garlic Festival Oils
. Aluminum foil may be used to help keep fillets moist and to help in the cleanup process.
Salmon and fish in general, will cook quickly. Cook each side 6-8 minutes per side or until the fillets flake easy with a fork. We like to serve this with grilled asparagus lightly sprinkled with any Garlic Festival seasoning we feel like at that moment!
