1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup half & half or whole milk
1-2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (optional)
Mix cheese cubes, salsa, Chicken (optional) and milk in a sauce pan. Heat slowly by stirring often until cheese is melted. Serve with warm tortillas or crackers. You may garnish with avocado, cilantro and/or onions to taste.
