Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and wine. Add prawns and saute until just firm and slightly pink. Squeeze lemon over and serve. Great with rice or linguine. A must to serve with Garlic Festival Garlic Bread which is made using the same butter and Garlic Festival Garli Garni
