Carne Asada : Really good jerky! Tender, full of flavor and not too salty. The slices are thin so it’s more tender than most I’ve had, and a bite doesn’t take forever to chew because it doesn’t over-expand in your mouth. Sweet, tangy with just enough heat to keep it interesting. Be careful with the tear line, the pkging will tear below the zip line so you wont be able to reseal it.
