For Skewered Prawns: Place large shelled prawns in a sealable bag or bowl with rub & a small amount of olive oil. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Skewer & grill briefly on each side until pink, be careful not to overcook.

Rub Directions: Pat meat dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle rub evenly over all sides of meat. A heavy, even coating ensures a nice crust and sealed juices. Once rubbed, set aside to marinate 30-60 minutes. Refrigerate, if needed, to marinate longer.
