Love this! So light and has a little bit of sweet to it. I like to add it to some chopped onion and tomato for my own simple pico de gallo.

Very Pleased!

Bought this for myself and bought one as a gift. It arrived in a timely manner and was well received. The balsamic is light and flavorful and has a distinct flavor unlike anything I have tried. Very delicious!

Absolutely Delicious

I love this vinegar. I got it at a festival last year and was hoping to do the same this year. However, the festival was cancelled. So, I looked online and found it here! I ordered some bottles and I was so impressed by the shipping. It was packaged really well and even though they are glass bottles, nothing was damaged. The vinegar itself is so good! It has a depth of flavor and such an interesting taste. It compliments so many different foods - caprese salad, baked polenta, greek salad - I don't eat meat, but my husband likes it on chicken, too. It is a tad bit sweet with the compliments of the garlic and cilantro infusion. I love it.
