Celebrating BBQ!

Blended with granulated honey which creates a wonderful caramelizing effect resulting in a nice crust helping seal in the juices, smoked applewood sea salt, California sweet paprika (you deserve the best) for a smoky flavor, garlic, of course, onion & chipotle flakes which give a nice bit of texture and slight heat what can we say but...wow! This blend is ideal on the grill or in the smoker particularly with pork, beef & chicken. We love this in the slow cooker making pulled pork. Good on vegetables, corn on the cob, grilled asparagus and, guess what....sweet potatoes. We have even mixed this with cream cheese or sour cream to make a terrific dip! Mix with butter, olive oil, honey or yogurt to make a paste to marinate meat. Mix with butter to make corn on the cob come alive!

Use approx. 2 Tbsp. for 1 lb. of meat / 1 Tbsp. for chicken & pork / 1/2 Tbsp. for fish.

I love this seasoning. I use it as a dry rub for my chicken and pork. It’s not too salty and has a perfect balance of sweet and savory.

We LOVE this rub! I found this at a local holiday craft fair over the holidays. My husband loves to barbeque, so I asked the gentleman working the booth for a recommendation. He suggested this rub and after one sniff of it, I thought "My husband will love this!" And sure enough he does love it!! It's the perfect blend and sweet and salty. So good, you could eat it with a spoon. We use it probably weekly on ribs, tri-tip, salmon and chicken. It's always a hit at our house and my 2 young boys love the flavor also! Just bought 2 more bottles to stock.

Not just a meat rub

I was given a small packet of this to try and was amazed at how yummy and versatile it is. I’m a vegetarian so a meat rub didn’t hold much interest for me but I’ve since run out of my sample and bought a couple of full size jars. This stuff is great on a lot more than meat. ANYTHING potato will love this. Brush your frozen fries with some olive oil and sprinkle this on. Roasted potatoes, mashed, baked potatoes will all be better tasting with some of this seasoning. Try putting it in your popcorn butter before buttering the popcorn-so yummy. I add some to my scrambled eggs or on veggie burgers. It adds a little kick and some flavor to just about anything. I’m so glad I got that sample because it’s my new favorite seasoning.
