Completely organic, dehydrated garlic granules

A great substitute for fresh when not in season or a great product in its own right. Use in soups, sauces, bread dippers & spreads. Rehydrate & use for great garlic bread. A little goes a long way!

To rehydrate: use 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic in 1 tsp. water to equal approximately 2 fresh cloves of garlic.

Amazing

I've been to Gilroy twice over my long life, and I purposely set out to find garlic from the town. After finding out that the "weak" tasting garlic powder flooding the markets these last decades is coming from China, I HAD to go the my home state of California to get the real thing. THIS is the real thing. You will *never* go back to store-bought garlic again. Trust me. You're welcome.
