4 3/4 inch boneless center cut pork chops
1 Tsp. Garlic Festival Garli Garni
4 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 jar Garlic Festival Garlic Glaze
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle each side of chops with garlic Garni. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in an oven proof skillet over medium heat. Add chops and sauté until golden on each side; about 2 minutes each side. Place in oven & roast until cooked through; about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté onions in the remaining oil until beginning to brown. Add the Garlic Glaze & warm through. Spoon over chops and serve.
