1 fryer chicken cut into pieces
2 beers (your choice)
10 - 12 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 stick butter or margarine
Tie or zip tie rosemary sprigs to a stick or the wrong end of a wooden spoon to make a basting brush.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Pop the tops off both beers. Add one beer to the saucepan and sip the other. Add the Garli Garni or Lemon Garli Garni and a few rosemary leaves. Simmer briefly.
Place the chicken on a prepared grill and baste with the beer mixture with the rosemary brush. Continue cooking and basting until the chicken is cooked through. Delicious!
