Ingredients:
3 slabs baby back ribs
Directions:
With pliers, pull off the tough membrane on the back of the ribs
Rub all over with the olive oil and liberally sprinkle with the rub. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight
Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
Place ribs on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and seal tightly with foil
Bake for 2-2 1/2 hrs.
Remove from oven and finish on medium heat on the grill for approximately 1/2 hr
Great served with Garli Garni Garlic Bread
