9.5 pound pork shoulder
Yellow mustard
Brown sugar


Brining is optional (we did not find it necessary).
Lightly coat  pork shoulder with yellow mustard.
Generously season pork shoulder with Garlic Festival Mesquite Grill Seasoning, Garlic Festival Organic Garlic Granules and brown sugar.
Heat smoker to 200F-225F.
Place pork shoulder in smoker for 7-8 hours.
Spray pork shoulder every hour with either Garlic Festival Fire Roasted Garlic Oil, apple juice or butter.
For medium, you want an internal temperature of 160F-170F.
