Garlic Festival Foods Savory Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1/2 cup, your choice of flavor, GARLIC FESTIVAL Pickled Garlic, chopped

1 jar, GARLIC FESTIVAL Garli Garni...you may use Garli Ghetti for a cheesy flavor if you wish.

2 lbs. new potatoes (cleaned and halved)

Enough chicken or vegetable stock to cover potatoes

Directions

Place all ingredients except Garlic Garni in a microwavable bowl. Stock should cover potatoes.

Cook on high until potatoes are soft. Remove & mash with potato masher to desired consistency.

Add Garlic Garni to taste and butter if desired.
