This fantastic receipe was shared with us by Tim in Sacarmento and has quickly become a family favorite.

Ingredients:
1 large avocado (or as many as needed!)
2 Tbsp Garlic Festival Garlic Salsa (your choice of flavor)
A good slice of your favorite cheese although we prefer a soft Guoda or Queso

Directions:
Cut avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop pulp from the skin but not to tear or rip skin, leave intact.
With a knife, cut the avocado pulp in a cross fashion (vertically & horizontally).
Put salsa in the middle, add black tea rub and cook in smoker for approz. 3 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from smoker and place cheese slices on top.
Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve with a thicker chip and enjoy!
